As Endless Abroad (Sonsuz Akademi Eğitim Hizmetleri Limited Şirketi), we process your personal data with great care and sensitivity, where necessary, in connection with the services we provide to you and our other activities. Accordingly, where our company acts as data controller and/or data processor under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data, which entered into force on 7 April 2016 (the "Law"), your personal data may be processed only within the scope set out below and with a strong sense of responsibility. This notice has been prepared to inform you about the processing of your personal data and the principles under which it is processed.

1. Which Personal Data Is Processed and How?

Your personal data is processed verbally, in writing or electronically, by automated or non-automated means, through channels such as our call centre, website and social media. The following personal data (including but not limited to the items listed), which you have provided to us and/or may update because of your interest in the services and products of Endless Abroad and its brands or your use of our services, may be processed:

  • Your name, surname, Turkish ID number, date of birth and other data shown on your identity document,
  • Your contact data, such as your telephone number, email address and home address,
  • If you use our websites, the behavioural and digital footprint data we obtain through cookies,
  • Recordings of voice calls kept by customer representatives in line with call centre standards,
  • Camera footage if you visit our branches and offices,
  • Visual/audio data we obtain in connection with our promotions, advertising, campaigns, social responsibility projects and events,
  • If you are a business partner of Endless Abroad, financial data such as your bank account number, IBAN and billing details needed to perform our contracts,
  • Professional data such as certificates of activity and chamber of profession registrations obtained in the performance of a contract and, where necessary, your signature circular and signature,
  • Where the nature of the relationship requires it, your visa/passport data,
  • If you are an Endless Abroad employee or work for an employer in a business partnership with Endless Abroad: your education data; your service contract within your employment relationship; data on your aptitude and performance; your health data; data on your private health insurance and its financing; your Social Security Institution data; your Turkish ID number and visa/passport data; your vehicle data; and any other personal data that may be processed under your service contract, without being limited to these,
  • If you apply for a job at Endless Abroad, your CV and any other personal data you submit to us directly.

2. For What Purposes Is Your Personal Data Processed?

Your personal data may be processed for purposes such as the following, and other similar purposes:

  • Offering and delivering our products and services to our customers, and sharing campaigns, opportunities, promotions and other information,
  • Obtaining your behavioural data through cookies so that you can make better use of our websites,
  • Ensuring and improving our internal operations,
  • Communicating with customers, suppliers and business partners,
  • Managing customer satisfaction and complaints,
  • Carrying out marketing activities,
  • Procuring services from external sources,
  • Procuring technology and infrastructure services,
  • Sharing information requested by public institutions and organisations under the relevant legislation,
  • Fulfilling legal obligations, such as sharing the necessary information with public bodies like the police as required by mandatory provisions of law,
  • Taking all necessary technical and administrative measures to ensure the security of our systems and applications,
  • Achieving financial reconciliation with our business partners and other third parties regarding the products and services we offer you,
  • Providing the necessary information to regulatory and supervisory bodies in line with the requests and audits of official authorities,
  • Determining business strategies,
  • Carrying out social responsibility projects,
  • Developing and offering products and services,
  • Fulfilling customer requests,
  • Financial reporting and analysis,
  • Ensuring occupational safety and emergency management at our branches and offices,
  • Fulfilling human resources policies and legal obligations,
  • Authorising third parties on behalf of Endless Abroad,
  • Providing information and documents requested by business partners that are essential to carrying out the work,
  • For suppliers and business partners: contacting potential suppliers and business partners, carrying out contract processes, invoicing for our products and services, analysis and reporting, registering in our systems, verifying identity and organising domestic/international visits,
  • For Endless Abroad employees: carrying out recruitment processes by Endless Abroad and third parties, evaluating candidates, creating personnel files, carrying out performance evaluations, determining whether the employee remains capable of meeting the requirements of the job, handling general insurance, private insurance and other procedures for employees under their employment contracts, managing fringe benefits, carrying out periodic health checks, handling onboarding and termination procedures, planning employee training, carrying out reward processes, organising internal company events and organising domestic/international visits,
  • Carrying out legal proceedings.

In addition, your personal data may be processed in accordance with Turkish Code of Obligations No. 6098, Turkish Commercial Code No. 6102, Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the secondary legislation of these laws, obligations arising from tax legislation, cases made mandatory by other competent public authorities and other relevant legislation, and may be transferred to the physical and/or electronic archives and IT systems of Endless Abroad and kept securely in both digital and physical form.

3. To Whom Is Your Personal Data Transferred?

Within the scope of the Law and other legislation, and for the purposes listed above, your personal data may be shared with Endless Abroad companies, other business partners we cooperate with or other public authorities, in particular:

  • Service provider companies we have agreements with,
  • The Social Security Institution,
  • The General Directorate of Security and other law enforcement agencies,
  • Official institutions and organisations,
  • Regulatory and supervisory bodies,
  • Third parties from whom we receive advice, including lawyers, tax advisors and auditors,
  • Representatives you have authorised,
  • Insurance companies,
  • Endless Abroad or, where necessary, other Endless Abroad affiliates located abroad.

4. On What Legal Grounds Is Your Personal Data Processed?

Your personal data is processed in order for Endless Abroad to perform its undertakings in accordance with both contractual terms and conditions and the rights and obligations set out by law, for the purposes stated above and in full compliance with the principles set out in the Law.

5. What Are Your Rights Regarding Your Personal Data?

Under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data, you have the right to: learn whether your personal data is processed; request information if it has been processed; learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in line with that purpose; know the third parties in Turkey or abroad to whom your personal data is transferred; request correction if your personal data has been processed incompletely or inaccurately; request the deletion or destruction of your personal data; request that the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred be notified of any correction, deletion or destruction; object to an outcome against you arising from the analysis of your data exclusively through automated systems; and claim compensation if you suffer damage because your personal data has been processed unlawfully.

6. What Measures Are Taken to Keep Your Personal Data Secure?

Endless Abroad takes the relevant technical and administrative measures, using available technological means, to prevent the unlawful processing of your personal data and to ensure the level of security needed to keep your personal data safe.
